Forever Evolving under the leadership of Janeice McCree, is a progressive creative dance and empowerment company geared towards training and empowering youth ages 3-18, in both life and dance. Our purpose is to cultivate destiny through the art of dance, to instill and empower healthy growth, self-confidence, discipline, and respect for oneself. ​

Meet our Owner

Hello My name is Janeice McCree, I am the Owner and Founder of Forever Evolving Dance Company. My mission to empowering youth ages 3-18, in both life and dance. I knew immediately after taking my first dance class at a young age that dance was my gift from Heaven! Since then, I have been on an exciting and enriching journey, with the majority of our FEDC staff, filled with all types of dance, taking classes throughout my lifespan and eventually teaching and performing in various productions and with professional dance companies. I have been blessed the past decade to work with youth in Chicago Public Schools teaching and coaching the art of dance as well as leading many dance ministries. Well, God graciously blessed me when He gave me the vision of Forever Evolving Dance Company. I noticed that my life was missing something until the birthing of FEDC. I followed the voice of God and here we are today. Since then, I along with the FEDC team has been providing quality dance instruction to the youth.
